【摘要】 目的 :研究胃癌及癌旁黏膜中 Cyclin D1 、P1 6 的表达及意义。方法 :采用流式细胞术测定 3 2例胃癌、2 4例癌旁黏膜中 Cyclin D1 、P1 6 的表达。结果 :胃癌 Cyclin D1 、P1 6 阳性表达分别为 5 6.3 %、5 9.4% ,其中 Cyclin D1 阳性表达明显高于癌旁黏膜 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,P1 6 阳性表达则明显低于癌旁黏膜 (P <0 .0 5 )。Cyclin D1 在淋巴结转移性胃癌中阳性表达较高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,P1 6 则相反 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Cyclin D1 、P1 6 表达特征与胃癌的发生、发展 ,生物学行为及其预后有密切联系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of CyclinD 1, P 16 and their significance in gastric carcinoma and pericarcinoma mucosa. Methods: Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the expression of CyclinD 1, P 16 in 32 cases of gastric carcinomata and 24 cases of pericarcinoma mucosae. Results: The positive rate of CyclinD 1, P 16 in gastric carcinomata were 56.3%, and 59.4%, respectively. The gastric carcinoma of Cyclin D 1 was significantly higher than that of pericarcinoma mucosa (P<0 01), and the positive expression of P 16 was significantly lower than that of pericarcinoma mucosa (P<0 05). The overexpression of CyclinD 1 was detected in gastric carcinomata with lymph node metastasis (P<0 05), the expression of P 16 was reverse (P<0 05). Conclusion: The expressions of CyclinD 1, P 16 might be related to the carcinogenesis, development, biological behaviors and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.\;更多还原
