海洛因成瘾者姐妹染色单体交换频率的观察研究
A STUDY OF SISTER CHROMATID EXCHANGE(SCE) IN DRUG ADDICTS
【摘要】 目的 :检测海洛因成瘾者的 DNA损伤程度。方法 :采用外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体差别染色法检测技术 ,观察了 3 3例海洛因成瘾者的姐妹染色单体交换 (SCE)频率 ,同时检测 3 0名健康者进行对照。结果 :海洛因成瘾者的 SCE频率明显高于正常对照值 ,P <0 .0 1 ;海洛因成瘾者男性和女性的 SCE频率无差异 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 :海洛因可增加人体的 DNA损伤 ,人类应该远离毒品。
【Abstract】 objective: To detect damage degree of DNA in heroin abuse. Methods: The sister chromatid exchanges(SCE) frequency were counted in the sample of 33 patients with SCE different stain method, in the same time, we detected 30 normal controls. Results: The SCE frequency of lymphocytes in patients was higher than that of the controls, P<0.01. Conclusion: Heroin is able to increase the damage degree of DNA of the human body, people should go away from drugs.\;
