【Abstract】 From the viewpoint of sequential model,thermal denaturation process is analyzed systematically.It is found that the experimental data can not be explained in terms of twostate model previously,but can be explained by sequential model now.The predicted results of further experiment that is about a thermal denaturation process has the feature of the sequential process of conformation is given in this paper.更多还原
