花瓣花色素的定性分析
THE QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ANTHOCYANIN IN THE PETAL OF GLAUCIDIUM PALMATUM SIEB.ET ZUCC.
【摘要】 用AMW混合液抽取Glaucidium palmatumSieb .etZucc .花瓣的花色素苷 ,用PC法和HPLC法进行纯化 ,然后用TLC法对纯化的花色素苷的配基、结合糖的种类以及结合位置进行了测定 ,得到了G .palmatumSieb .etZucc .花瓣花色素的定性分析结果 .
【Abstract】 The anthocyanin in the petal of Glaucidium palmatum Sieb.et Zucc. is extracted by AMW mixed solution and purified by means of PC and HPLC.This sample of anthocyanin is tested for aglicone,glycoside and saccharide position by TLC-test.A preliminary result is gotten from the qualitative analysis of the anthocyanin in the petal of G.palmatum Sieb.et Zucc.
