【Abstract】 The capability maturity model (CMM) is considered as the best software process in the software industry.The personal software process (PSP) is an application of the principles of CMM on the level of individual software engineer.PSP is also a process improvement methodology aimed at individual software engineering.The concepts,functions and the PSP evolution framework are introduced and analyzed.The relationship between PSP and CMM is shown.更多还原
