【摘要】 辟鸟是一类善于潜水的游禽 ,大量捡食羽毛的习性占据生活周期中相当长时间〔1〕.本文按结构与功能相统一的理论解剖了 3种辟鸟的消化系统 ,亦和其它一些水鸟的消化系统进行了比较 .发现辟鸟无嗉囊 ;肌胃内食物 5 0 %以上为羽毛 ,甚者达 90 % ;肌胃与十二指肠之间出现一第三室 ,与其相连的幽门孔极细 ;消化道各部均为弱酸性 ( p H5～ 6 .5 ) .结果表明辟鸟以羽毛为主要食物 ,与典型食鱼鸟有较大差异 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Grebe is a kind of swimming bird which is good at diving,and a fair amount of time is spent in its feather feeding habit.As structure is consistent with function,in this artical, grebe′s alimentary system was dissected and compared with those of other waterbirds,and it is found grebe has no crop;more than 50 percent of food are feathers,even 90 percent;the third room appears between the muscular stomach and the duodenum;pylorus is very thin;every part of the alimentary tract is weakly acidic (pH5~6.5).The result shows that grebe feeds on feathers and differs greatly from the typical fish eating birds.更多还原
