【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the nutrition vaule of Allium victorialis L.,the contents of moisture?ash?dietary fiber?carbohydrate?protein?fat?inorganic components and amino acid in saltpreserved Allium victorialis L. were andysed.The results showed that was a satisfactory variety of nutritional component,the contents of main minerals?essential trace elements and amino acids were higher than general vegetables.Therefore Allium victorialis L. is a nutritive edible wild herbs food.更多还原
