【Abstract】 Solanum nigrum is black when it is ripe,and it is rich in pigment cotent.The extraction conditions of pigment from solanum nigrum were studied in this paper,and the most favoured conditions were determined as follows,the extracting reagent was acetic acid of 80%,the rate of the material to the reagent was 1:600,at 80℃,extracting 90 min.更多还原
