数控轴线位置偏差测量中不确定度评定的实用模式
A PRACTICAL MODEL FOR UNCERTAINTY EVALUATION IN POSITIONAL DEVIATION MEASUREMENT OF NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED AXES
【摘要】 在使用双频激光干涉仪对数控轴线位置偏差 EXX的测量中 ,建立了数控轴线单向实际位置的模型并报告了合成标准不确定度 ,较好地解决了各不确定度来源项对合面标准不确定度的贡献途径问题 ,并得出结论 :( 1 )是否实施温度补偿对不确定度传播律的影响在于 P2i△t2 u2 ( α)项的无或有 ;( 2 )实施温度补偿 ,温度测量的不确定度 u(△ t)对合成标准不确定度 uc( Li↑ )的贡献 ,随目标位置 Pi 的增加大幅增加 (注 :Li↑在文献〔3〕中为 Pi↑ ) .
【Abstract】 In measuring positional deviation EXX of numerically controlled axes (NCA),a laser interferometer is used.A measurement model of unidirectional actual position of the NCA is constructed and the combined uncertainty is informed.A better solution has been found for the problem of how sources of uncertainty make their respective contribution to the conbined uncertainty.Some helpful conclusions have been drawn:(1) If there exists item P 2 1△tu 2(α) in the equation of u 2 2(L i↑) ,no compensation of temperature for NCA is needed,otherwise,the compensation is indispensable;(2) When the compensation for temperature is made,the contribution to combined uncertainty u 2 c(L i↑) by u(△t) will increase with the increase of the value of the target position P i.
