【摘要】 水资源开发利用带来了土壤盐碱化、水质退化、江河断流及生态环境破坏等环境效应 ,同时也留给人们一些重要启示。从马克思主义哲学的角度 ,揭示了人与自然、水资源、环境之间的相互依赖、相互作用、相互影响的内在关系。在水资源规划管理中 ,只有尊重自然规律 ,充分考虑水资源开发的负效应 ,才能真正实现水资源的可持续开发利用更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental effect of exploitation and utilization of water resources is analyzed, such as alkali salt soil, water degradation, river break, environment destruction and so on, and apocalypse is supplied for people. Interaction and interdependent inherent connection has been pointed out by Marxist philosophy among nature, water resources, environment, and people, the sustainable development and utilization of water resources will be realized, no other than the order of nature is regarded, and negative effect must be considered in water resources planning and management.更多还原
