【Abstract】 In the transformation of traditional agriculture, there is a natural power mechanism which can promote the progress of agricultural technology. But the agricultural characteristics in China and the poverty striking farmers with backward farming techniques affect the progress.Therefore, this paper suggests that the governments of China provide some necessary supports to establish an effective policy environment for the agro technological inventing, extending, and utilizing, which can stimulate the progress of agricultural technology effectively.更多还原
