【Abstract】 The shouldering of the cargo risks, when transferred from the seller to the buyer is the key problem in the cargo business contract. It is directly related to the basic obligations of the two parties .All countries ’sales laws attach great importance to it and it is also specified in the U.N. International Convention on Cargo Transaction . Our country ’ sales law also draws on the experience of other countries ’ , adapting the principle of "delivery-ism" to determine the transference of the cargo risks更多还原
