【摘要】 目的 :探讨Rb和P16基因异常在食管癌发生中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测 113例食管癌 ,6 0例癌旁组织中Rb蛋白和P16蛋白的表达。结果 :食管鳞状细胞癌Rb和P16蛋白表达阳性率分别为 43.3%(4 9/ 113)和 5 3.0 % (6 0 / 113) ,明显低于非瘤组织 6 3.3% (38/ 6 0 )和 73.3% (4 4/ 6 0 ) ,P <0 .0 5 ;Rb、P16蛋白表达随着肿瘤分级增高而降低。结论 :肿瘤抑制基因Rb、P16缺失突变 ,丧失活性与食管鳞状细胞癌发生肿瘤分级有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim Abmomal changing of Rb? p16 Protein in esophageal carcinoma may involve the molecular mechanismof eaophagcal carcinogenesis. Methods:Expression of Rb?P16 Protein in tumor-tissues of non-tumor tissues 113 esophageal carcinoma and 60 specimens of non-tumor tissues was detected by immunohistoch-euisty LSAB.Results:The significantly low frequency of Rb? P16 mtumor tissues was 43.3%(49/113) 53.0%(60/113) than in non-tumor 63.3%(38/60) 73.3%(44/60) respectively (P<0.05);the low positive rate of these gene protein in high grading tumor was also found (P<0.05) as compare with low-middle grading.Conclusions: Inactivation of Rb and P16 genes mayplay an important role on esophageal carcinogenesis and histological grading of this cancer.更多还原
