吖啶橙与瑞氏染色法检测伯氏疟原虫的初步研究

【摘要】 目的 :比较吖啶橙 (AO)与瑞氏染色法检测伯氏疟原虫的实用性。方法 :10倍倍比稀释经血液腹腔接种传代感染 4~ 6天的伯氏疟小鼠尾血 ,同时制薄血片。以AO法和瑞氏法染色后高倍镜检 ,记录每片发现三次原虫的平均时间。结果 :AO法与瑞氏法检测发现疟原虫的时间有差别 ,前者较后者快。结论 :AO法是检测人体疟原虫的一种简便、快速、敏感、实用的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:Comparison of the utility of two methods for malaria detection.Methods: The thin films of tail blood of Kunming mice inoculated with p.berghei before 4-6 day and their 1∶10 serial dilution blooy were made and stained by AO and Wright’s stain,then examined at a magnification of×400,recorded the average time of finding three times of parasite. Results:Time for two methods to detect p.begrhei was different and the time of AO method was earlier than that of Wirght.Conclusion: AO method would provide a powerful tool in detection and epidemiological survey of malaria.
