【摘要】 目的 :探讨AO内固定技术在临床的应用。方法 :72例 80个骨折部位 ,据不同部位骨折情况分别应用交锁髓内钉、Lc—DCP、各种类型支持钢板、DHS和DCS按AO原则行内固定。结果 :全部病例获 3～ 12个月的随访 ,平均 8个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,无并发症。结论 :AO内固定技术是目前临床首选的成熟内固定方法 ,下肢骨干骨折交锁髓内钉临床显示了明确的优越性 ,Lc—DCP为内固定的首选钢板 ,支持钢板、DHS、DCS是近关节并波及关节内骨折的最佳选择更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the effects of AO internal fixation methods in clinical application.Methods:Based on fracture position.72 cases involve in 80 fracture positions were fixed internally with interlocking intramedullary nail,LC-DCP, mutiform supporting plates.DHS and DCS respectively.Results:The patients were followed up for 3 to12 months.average 8 months, after operation. All fractures cases healed up and no complication occurred.Conclusions:AO internal fixation technique is preferred mature method in clinical application at the present time. interlocking intramedullary nail shows itself distinct advantages in lower limbs diaphysis fracture. LC-DCP is the preferred plate in internal fixation. Supporting plates, DHS and DCS are optimal choice in near joint and related to inner joint fractures.\;更多还原
