【Abstract】 In this paper, This paper study the Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) including SWCN and the MWCN rubbed with chloroform which are laid on the highly orientated pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) substrate. The structures are detected with the atomic resolution scanning tunneling microscope under the condition of room temperature and low vacuum. The datum are analysed and it seems that the STM should be a general tool for the detection of the CNTs.$$$$更多还原
