【摘要】 目的　探讨热毒净颗粒的药理作用。方法　观察热毒净颗粒对感染金黄色葡萄球菌小鼠存活率的影响 ,对感染流感病毒小鼠肺指数的影响及对大肠杆菌内毒素致发热家兔体温的影响。结果　热毒净颗粒可明显提高感染金黄色葡萄球菌小鼠的存活率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,明显降低感染流感病毒小鼠的肺指数 (P <0 .0 1)和大肠杆菌内毒素致发热家兔的体温 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论　采用膜分离技术制备的热毒净颗粒具有抗菌、抗病毒及退热作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore into the pharmacological effect of Redujing Granule. METHOD The effect of Redujing Granule on the survival rate of mice infected with staphylococcus aureus, on the pulmonary indexes of rats infected with influenza viruses and on the body temperature of rabbits with fever caused by colitoxin was observed. RESULT Redujing Granule could markedly increase the survival rate of mice infected with staphylococcus aureus and markedly reduce the pulmonary indexes of rats infected with influenza viruses and the body temperature of rabbits with fever caused by colitoxin. CONCLUSION Redujing Granule prepared with the membrane separation technique has anti-bacterial, anti-viral and antipyretic effect.更多还原
