B-UF-1型中药超滤设备精制热毒净颗粒的中试研究
A Study on Application of Type B-UF-1 Ultrafilter in Preparation of Redujing Granule
【摘要】 目的 考察B -UF - 1型中药超滤设备在中试生产规模中对有关成分的影响。方法 HPLC测定膜滤前后药液绿原酸含量。结果 待滤液 3个批号绿原酸含量 (μg/mL)分别为 15 1.8、15 0 .9、14 9.6 ;滤过液绿原酸含量 (μg/mL)分别为15 0 .4、14 9.5、14 8.7。结论 B -UF - 1型中药超滤膜对绿原酸基本不造成损失。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Type B-UF-1 Ultrafilter on the components of Chinese drugs in production. METHOD HPLC method was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid before and after the filtration. RESULT The content of chlorogenic acid in three kinds of solution were 151.8, 150.9 and 149.6 μg/mL respectively before filtration and 150.4, 149.5 and 148.7 μg/mL respectively after filtration.CONCLUSION B-UF-1 Ultrafilter does not cause the loss of chlorogenic acid.
