【摘要】 目的　结合药理实验寻找抗厥脱有效部位。方法　观察山茱萸水煎液及各提取部位对小鼠断头后喘气时间的影响。结果　山茱萸水煎液及提取物 (Ⅳ )～ (VII)均使小鼠断头后张口喘气时间延长 ,提示其能降低组织耗氧 ,提高物质代谢和能量代谢 ,表现出抗脑缺氧作用。结论　实验结果为山茱萸中抗厥脱有效部位的确立奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To search for effective location for treating syncope and prostration with pharmacological experiments. METHOD The effect of the decoction of Fructus Corni Officinalis and the extraction at different locations on the breathing time of mice after their decollation was observed. RESULT The decoction of Fructus Corni Officinalis and its extracts (IV)～(VII) could prolong the breathing time of mice after decollation, indicating their effect in reducing the tissue’s oxygen consumption, increasing material metabolism and energy metabolism and preventing hypoxia of the brain.CONCLUSION The result of the experiment forms the basis for the establishment of effective location in treating syncope and prostration with Fructus Corni Officinalis .更多还原
