【Abstract】 Creativity means both creative spirit and the ability to do creative work. There are manifold factors which may have impacts on the cultivation of innovative students, among which personality is the most decisive. Higher creative students have quite different personalities from those of less creative students, and students of different personal inclinations may have different motivations and take part in different innovative activities while students of different psychological features may arrive at different results with different characteristics in their innovative activities.更多还原
