【Abstract】 In this article first we study on the wiring of a single-phase kilowatt-hour meter, and analyse how the negative errors are produced when it is under a wrong mode.Then being directed against the fact that single-phase kilowatt-hour meters in countryside are tested with a lower proportion and they are with a lower qualified proportion, we present two simple and easy methods to test a single-phase kilowatt-hour meter in worksite, and analyse the sourse of the errors in each method.
