水稻插秧机可靠性评价指标的改进

【摘要】 针对水稻插秧机的特殊性,系统地分析了影响其可靠性的外界条件和内在因素,并引入效率系数来改进可靠性有效度的公式。根据质量、价格、可靠性之间的关系,提出用维护系数作为衡量其可靠性的一个指标,从而进一步完善水稻插秧机的可靠性评价。

【Abstract】 According to the specific characteristics of rice transplanter, the external conditions and internal factors to affect the reliability of rice transplanter were systematically analyzed, and efficiency coefficient was produced to improve the formula of validity of reliability. Basing on the relations among quality, cost and reliability, a new reliability index, the ratio of maintenance time to the total working time, was introduced to evaluate the reliability of a rice transplanter on a more perfect level.
