【摘要】 目的 :用反相高效液相色谱 (RP HPLC)法测定格替沙星片中格替沙星的含量。方法 :以ShimpackCLC ODSC18(5 μm ,15 0mm× 4.6mm)为色谱柱 ,0 .0 2mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液 乙腈 (85∶15 )为流动相 ;紫外检测波长为 2 93nm ,流速为 1.0ml·min-1。结果 :格替沙星在 4～ 3 2mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 99.8% ,相对标准差为 1.0 5 % (n =5 )。结论 :RP HPLC法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好 ,可用于测定格替沙星片剂的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine gatifloxacin in tablets with a rapid and sensitive reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method.Methods The mixture of 0.02?mol·L -1 monobasic potassium phosphate buffer acetonitrile (85∶15) was used as a mobile phase,while a Shimpack CLC?ODS C 18 column (5?μm,150?mm×4.6?mm) was used a stationary phase,and gatifloxacin was detected at 293?nm with flowing rate 1.0?ml·min -1 .Results Gatifloxacin had a good linear relation in the range of 4～32?mg·L -1 ,the mean recovery of was 99.8%,the RSD was 1.05 % ( n =5).Conclusion The results show that this method is reliable and accurate and it can be applied to the content determination of gatifloxacin tablets.更多还原
