【Abstract】 Ten kinds of restriction endonucleases have been used to analyze the mtDNA from liver of Mylopharyngodon piceus.The molecular weight of M.piceus mtDNA is 9.949×106u, the size is about 16.60 Kilobase pairs.The recognition sites of PstⅠ, EcoRⅠ, XhoⅠ, Hind Ⅲ, BamHⅠ, PvuⅡ, SalⅠ, XbaⅠ, BglⅡ, and BglⅠon this mtDNA are 0,3,1,4,4,3,2,2,2 and 3 respectively.The restriction maps of M.piceus mtDNA have been established based on the number and size of those fragments obtained by single and double digestion.更多还原
