【Abstract】 A sensitive and reliable high performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC) has been developed for the determination of 2 Nitronaphthalene 4,8 disulfonic acid in dye intermediate wastewater. The HPLC assay was performed on a anion exchange column (Zorbax SAX 4.6?mm×250?mm) by using 0.01?mol/L NaH 2PO 4+1.0?mol/L NaCl (pH 6.2～6.4) as the mobile phase. Detection was carried at a wavelength of 254?nm by DAD detector. Regression equation revealed the linear relationship between the peak area and its concentration and the correlation coefficient was 0 999?8, the relative standard deviations (RSD) of the content was 0.8%.更多还原
