染料中间体废水中硝基C酸的测定
Determination of 2-Nitronaphthalene-4,8-Disulfonic Acid in Dye Intermediate Wastewater
【摘要】 提出了高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定染料中间体废水中硝基C酸的方法 .即采用阴离子交换柱ZorbaxSAX(4 6mm× 2 5 0mm) ,二极管阵列检测器 ,以 0 0 1mol/LNaH2 PO4 +1 0mol/LNaCl(pH6 2~ 6 4)为流动相 ,在 2 5 4nm波长下分离并测定了废水中硝基C酸的含量 .该方法简便 ,线性关系和重现性好 ,结果准确 .
【Abstract】 A sensitive and reliable high performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC) has been developed for the determination of 2 Nitronaphthalene 4,8 disulfonic acid in dye intermediate wastewater. The HPLC assay was performed on a anion exchange column (Zorbax SAX 4.6?mm×250?mm) by using 0.01?mol/L NaH 2PO 4+1.0?mol/L NaCl (pH 6.2~6.4) as the mobile phase. Detection was carried at a wavelength of 254?nm by DAD detector. Regression equation revealed the linear relationship between the peak area and its concentration and the correlation coefficient was 0 999?8, the relative standard deviations (RSD) of the content was 0.8%.
