扬州市邗江区低生育水平的成因分析与思考

【摘要】 扬州市邗江区连续6年人口负增长的原因主要是:第二次生育高峰的平抑和计划生育政策的有效落实,同时,与邗江区较发达的经济和广大群众生育观念发生了较大转变也不无关系。要继续稳定这一低生育水平,在今后的计划生育工作中掌握主动,目前应充分注意生育水平反弹的3个潜在因素,以及人口素质、人口结构等四个方面的问题。更多还原
