山羊小肠对类胡萝卜素的吸收及胆酸盐对其的影响
Effects of bile salt on intestinal absorption of carotenoids in goats
【摘要】 利用山羊慢性小肠瘘管进行灌注试验 ,并结合前腔静脉采血 ,研究山羊对不同浓度 (5 0 ,10 0 ,15 0 ,2 0 0和 2 5 0μmol·L-1)类胡萝卜素 (β 胡萝卜素与叶黄素 )的吸收。试验发现 :随灌注时间延长 ,在同一浓度下山羊小肠对类胡萝卜素的吸收量逐渐增加 ,血清中叶黄素与 β 胡萝卜素浓度分别在灌注后 2h与 2 5h达到峰值 ,而维生素A (VA)的浓度仅略有降低 ;山羊对两种类胡萝卜素的吸收均呈浓度依赖性 ,但吸收率保持不变 ;血清中类胡萝卜素的浓度随其在灌注液中浓度的升高而升高 ,但VA的浓度随灌注液中 β 胡萝卜素浓度的升高基本保持稳定 ;不同浓度的胆酸盐均促进了两种类胡萝卜素的吸收 ,并提高了血清内叶黄素与VA的浓度而降低了 β 胡萝卜素的浓度。
【Abstract】 Three goats fitted with chronic jejunal fistulas and front vena cava catheters were used to study the intestinal absorption of carotenoids in goats.The different concentrations of β carotene and lutein(50,100,150,200,250 μmol·L -1 ) were infused through jejunal fistulas at different time.The results showed that under same concentration,the uptake amount of two kinds of carotenoids increased linearly along with infusing time prolonged.The peak concentration of β carotene and lutein in serum was at 2 5 h and 2 h respectively after infused,however the concentration of vitamin A decreased slightly.Uptake of two kinds of carotenoids was concentration dependent and a constant uptake percentage was observed.The concentration of two kinds of carotenoids in serum was also dependent,while that of vitamin A kept constant.The results also showed that the perfusate added with different levels bile salts(sodium cholate and sodium taurocholate)could promote β carotene and lutein uptake,the concentration of lutein and vitamin A in serum increased,while that of β carotene decreased.
