【Abstract】 Corporation administration is a series of systems and principals governing the operations of a company. A long-lasting healthy development of the rural commercial bank cannot be sustained without a perfect corporation governing system on the basis of market economy setup. The experiment and practice of the rural commercial bank in South Jiangsu Province has provided experience for the formation of rural commercial bank administration model, but it has also yielded some problems to be solved. In this paper, the state of the art of rural commercial bank corporation administration and the international bank corporation administration rules are compared and strategic suggestions are submitted on the standardization of rural commercial bank administration.更多还原
