【Abstract】 Supplier evaluation and selection is the key to success for enterprises to increase their competence. Generally speaking,in order to evaluate the level of an enterprise,three factors such as quality, price and deliver period should be considered, and the quality factor is the most important. This paper presents the dynamic (management chart) and the whole (loss degree) method for selecting supplier from quality angle, which is practical and helpful for some enterprises to choose their suppliers.更多还原
