【Abstract】 An improved statistical algorithm is proposed to obtain impulse response functions of highly scattering and low absorbing biological tissues.The impulse response functions of biological tissue are obtained by general simulation,and the improved statistical algorithm is introuduced in this paper.Results originated from the improved statistical algorithm is well matched with those from commonly used Monte Carlo method.Using the improved method,we found that the calculation is faster to reach statistical stabilization than commonly used Monte Carlo simulation.The computational efficiency of the improved algorithm is much higher than that of commonly used Monte Carlo simulation.更多还原
