【Abstract】 The experience of TH-AADY instead of self-cultured yeast in the production of alcohol in our Co.was introduced in this paper.The test results indicated that TH-AADY had the advantages of acid resistant ,high temperature resistant ,low fermentation acidity,low residual sugar,high alcoholicity and shortening the fermentation time etc.Its application would increase the utilization rate of production facilities so that the production costs could be reduced and the economical profits could be promoted as well.(Tran.by YUE Yang)更多还原
