纤维增强塑料拉挤型材弯曲强度研究
Flexural Strength of Pultruded FRP Shapes
【摘要】 研究了纤维增强塑料 ( FRP)拉挤型材的弯曲强度。试验结果表明 ,FRP拉挤型材在大跨距 (跨高比 l/h>1 0 )下的弯曲破坏模式通常是梁的纵向开裂 ;FRP拉挤型材由于剪切变形较大 ,强度计算时不能按普通各向同性梁理论进行计算 ,应考虑剪切变形的影响。为此 ,本文应用复合材料薄壁梁理论给出了 FRP拉挤型材在大跨距下弯曲强度计算的半经验公式
【Abstract】 The flexural strength of pultruded FRP shapes is studied. Experimental results show that the failure mode of pultruded FRP shapes in large spans is always longitudinal crack. On account of the big shear distortion, the flexural strength of pultruded FRP shapes cannot be calculated by the theory of the ordinary isotropic beams. The effect on shear distortion is considered. This paper gives half-experimental formulas for flexural strength of pultruded FRP shapes in large spans by the theory of composite thin-walled beams.
