IIRCT下相依两部件并联系统的统计分析
Statistical Analysis of Parallel Two-Unit System in Random Censoring Model with Incomplete Information
【摘要】 将带有不完全信息的随机截尾试验模型应用于二元指数分布场合 ,讨论了当相依两部件寿命具有联合二元指数分布时 ,它们组成的并联系统的统计分析问题 ,建立了参数所满足的似然方程组 ,给出了随机模拟数值解例子。结果表明 ,参数的极大似然估计 (MLE)具有较高的精度
【Abstract】 The random censoring test model with incomplete information (IIRCT) is a extension of ordinary random censoring test model. Elperin T.& Gertsbakh I. presented first the model in 1988, and gave the numerical simulated calculation of the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) and interval estimation and Bayes credibility estimation for the parameter of the exponential lifetime distribution. Ye Erhua & Chen Yinan researched further the model through proving the consistency of MLE of the parameter of exponential analysis of two parameter lifetime distribution such as Weibull distribution, Logarithmic normal distribution. This paper uses the random censoring test model with incomplete information (IIRCT) to discuss the statistical analysis of the parallel two unit system while the life of the two units is bivariate exponential distribution, and builds the likelihood equations for the parameters and provides examples of random numerical value simulation. Calculation results indicate that the maximum likelihood estimation for the parameters possesses a good precision.
