基于CRPWM的无轴承异步电动机矢量控制系统
Vector Control System of Induction Bearingless Motor Based on CRPWM Converter
【摘要】 无轴承交流电动机能同时实现旋转和悬浮工作 ,其潜在的应用价值和复杂的运行控制已成为目前高速交流传动领域一个新的研究方向。本文介绍了无轴承异步电动机工作原理 ,针对该电机存在非线性、强耦合的特性 ,能同时实现旋转力矩和径向力控制的基本要求 ,分析了无轴承异步电动机的数学模型 ,在此基础上 ,采用了基于电流调节型 (CRPWM)逆变器的电机气隙磁场定向控制系统来实现这两个量的解耦控制 ,并将这一控制系统进行了仿真
【Abstract】 Owning to the potential value and complicated system in motion control for high speed servo, bearingless motors are becoming a new research orientation. This paper presents the cardinal principle of an AC induction bearingless motor and how the radial forces in the motor are generated. The emphasis of the motor is the coupling of the torque and the radial forces through the motor flux. By analyzing its model, a vector control system based on CRPWM converter is employed in the motor control. After modeled in the computer, this bearingless motor is simulated. Result from this simulation can be used as a guide to the design of the digital control system for an AC bearingless motor.
