江苏省实时水情可视化分析系统的设计与应用

【摘要】 江苏省实时水情可视化分析系统是在 MapInfo5.5平台支持下,应用MapBasic二次开发语言,通过访问远程SYBASE实时水情数据库,对数据进行分析处理,使江苏省雨、水情数据及其统计分析结果在电子地图上实现了时空分布的可视化.系统的开发可为防汛会商决策提供科学的依据,并对江苏省防洪减灾有重大作用.

【Abstract】 On the basis of the analysis of the rain condition and water regimen geographical database system, the visual analyzing system of Jiangsu real-time water regimen is established. The paper describes the design of the visual analyzing system, its structure, work flow, content, and function.The visual analyzing system, which is developed by using MapBasic developing language and with the support of Maplnfo 5.5, can visualize rain condition and water regimen on the electronic map through access to the real-time water regimen SYBASE database and data processing, so as to make a real-time reflection on the rules of the distribution of rain condition and water regimen. Moreover, it can provide visualization map of rainstorm distribution, rainfall isopleth, as well as statistics and analysis of rainstorm features. In addition, the system can provide comparison and analysis of the present characteristic values of real-time rain condition and water regimen versus those in the past in order to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of flood control.
