心脏电信号的动态关联维分析
Dynamical Correlation Dimension Analysis of Heart Electric Activities
【摘要】 通过一组动物实验 ,采用混沌分析方法 ,对心脏缺血型的ECG电信号进行分析 ,给出了实验方法、理论、算法 ,并在分析数据的基础上 ,肯定了关联维数在分析心脏电活动中的价值 ,以及关联维对心肌缺血病情的动态变化
【Abstract】 We designed a set of animal experiments and made two models of acute muscle infarction by ligating the upper segment and lower part in left branch of coronary of rabbit heart. By using the chaos analysis methods, we performed some researches in the models of acute muscle infarction. We also presented the experimental plan, theory and arithmetic. The correlation dimension of synchronous 12?leads ECG signals of three rabbits under different pathological states were computed with normal state. After the analysis of all the data, we found the dynamic correlation dimension variety graph can qualitatively reflect the variety process of the heart in myocardial ischemia state and approved the value of correlation dimension in the research of heart electric activity. Therefore, we could use the correlation dimension to reflect the symptom of acute muscle infarction.
