浅色导电填料的研制
Development of light coloured conductive padding
【摘要】 用共沉积法在微细蛭石基片上包覆一层SnCl4/SbCl3 的水解物 ,经煅烧可制得一种浅色的导电填料。详细研究了影响填料性能的工艺参数 ,得到了制备浅色导电填料的合适工艺条件。实验表明 ,控制水解温度为 4 0~ 5 0℃、pH值 3~ 4 ,n(SnCl4) /n(SbCl3 )为 8.7:1及一定的水解加料速度可制得电阻率在 10 4Ω·cm左右的导电填料 ,可用其生产具有抗静电功能的复合材料。
【Abstract】 The fine vermiculite base sheets were covered with a coat of hydrolysate of SnCl 4 /SbCl 3 by coprecipitation method. After being calcined, a new kind of light coloured conductive padding was prepared . The technological parameters which affect the behavior of the padding were in detail studied and got the proper technological parameters to prepare the padding.It was shown that the conductive padding with the resistance of about 10 4 Ω·cm can be prepared if the hydrolyzing temperature,pH value of the solution and the ratio of n(SnCl 4)/n(SbCl 3)are controled to be 40~50 ℃, 3~4 and 8.7∶1 ,respectively,and the feed rate of the materials is proper.This conductive padding can be used to produce the composite materials with anti static function.
