【Abstract】 With the progress of science and technology and the rising of knowledge economy, college students’ activities of scienficand technological invention should be repositioned. There are brandnew connotations in the activities. concerning education, science and technology, economy, culture and society, of which five characteristics are: the different level of inventive subjects, the wide range of invention, the varieties of invention content, the complexity of the invention course and the diversities of the invention aims.
