含三氯乙醛废硫酸的净化回收新技术研究
Study on a New Technique of Purification and Recovery of Waste Sulfuric Acide-containing Chloral
【摘要】 探讨了一种含三氯乙醛废硫酸的净化回收新技术 ,即采用液—液萃取的方法脱除废硫酸中的三氯乙醛等有机杂质使废硫酸得到净化回收。所用萃取溶液脱醛率高 ,价格低廉 ,易于回收循环使用。研究了萃取次数、萃液比、萃取温度、振荡时间对脱醛效果的影响 ,对萃取工艺进行了初步优化。经该技术处理后的废硫酸中三氯乙醛和三氯乙酸的总含量可降到0.02 %左右 ,脱醛(酸)率达99%以上。
【Abstract】 A newtechnique to purify and recover waste sulfuric acid containing chloral was explored.A newkind of extractant was sieved to purify chloral and trichloroacetic acid fromwaste sulphuric acid.The affecting factors and process conditions were studied.Under the optimization conditions of extraction,the components in waste sulphuric acid were efficiently removed,and the content of chloral and trichloroacetic acid in waste sulphuric acid was only about0.02%after being extracted.The removal efficiency of chloral and trichloroacetic acid was above99%.
