【摘要】 目的　为适应当今医疗体制改革 ,增强护士竞争意识和服务、技术意识 ,提高病人满意度 ,该院输液科开展了病人选护士的实践活动。方法　统一认识 ,寻求立足点 ,确立“病人选护士”的原则 ;审视护理制度 ,重建护士品质要求 ;认真做好“病人选护士”公示工作 ,实行护理组长竞聘上岗、2 4h负责制 ;考核与聘任、分配挂钩。结果　护士自我管理意识增强 ,病人满意度明显提高 ,形成了学技术、强技术的良好氛围。结论　有竞争才会有进步与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo adapt hospital to medical reforms and reinforce the competitiveness and consciousness of service and techniques and increase the satisfactions of patients with the service, the hospital developed the program of ’Patients choose nurses’.MethodsAfter reaching an acknowledgement and finding a reforming foundation, the hospital set up the regulations for ’Patients choose nurses’ and reclaimed the requirements for nurse’s quality by surveying nursing system. The publication of the regulations for ’Patients choose nurse’was attached enough importance to. The nursing group leader was employed by competition and the system of 24 h duty was built. The check and examination was closely attached to employment and wages.ResultsAfter the realization of ’ Patients choose nurses’, The nurses’consciousness of self management was improved and the patients’satisfaction was remarkably increased. A proper surrounding for learning and attaching importance to techniques was formed.ConclusionCompetition in nursing promotes the development of nursing quality.更多还原
