【摘要】 目的　探讨老年抑郁症病人的整体护理。方法　 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月对 15 0例老年抑郁症进行临床观察 ,心理评估 ,制订护理计划 ,采取针对性护理措施等整体护理。结果　 15 0例老年抑郁症病人整体护理前后 ,抑郁症状减轻 ,经 χ2 检验 ,有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 1。结论　老年抑郁症通过整体护理 ,使患者解除心理压力 ,配合治疗和护理 ,促使患者早日康复 ,回归社会更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the holistic nursing of senile depression patients. Methods 150 senile depression patients admitted from January to June, 2000 were clinically observed and psychological assessment was conducted over them. The nursing plans were made and holistic nursing including individual corresponding nursing measures was carried out. Results After receiving the holistic nursing, the symptoms of depression were significantly relieved ( P <0.01). Conclusion Holistic nursing of senile depression patients helps remove the psychological pressure, make them cooperative in treatment and nursing so that they get recovered as soon as possible.更多还原
