【摘要】 本文从实践出发 ,对IGBT的使用中 ,驱动和保护有关问题进行了分析与阐明 ,并给出了一套采用M5 795 9L驱动模块驱动IGBT的电路图

【Abstract】 Some problems for IGBT drive and protection circuit are analyzed and expounded based on practical applications. A IGBT drive circuit diagram adopted the M57959L is presented in this paper.
