【Abstract】 The major problems that the labour employment in Jiangxi faces are the serious imbalance between supply and demand of labor force and poor qualities of the labor forces. These problems are restricting the healthy development of Jiangxi’s economy seriously.We must increase workforce’s demand on one hand and control the supply of workforce on the other hand. Meanwhile,We must raise workforce’s qualities through the whole settlement of imbalance between supply and demand of workforce.更多还原
