挤压筒的光弹性实验研究
Study of Photoelastic Experiment on Extrusion Pipe
【摘要】 采用光弹性应力冻结法分析了挤压筒内侧受压时的应力分布 .同时研究了硅橡胶和软环氧树脂作为加载介质的适用性 .我们将软环氧树脂作为加载介质 ,可得圆筒内侧径向压应力近似等于该介质所承受的轴向压应力 ,此结果比较符合厚壁圆筒理论解 .可见 ,用软环氧树脂作为加载介质是比较合适的 .此项研究结果可为扁挤压筒的光弹性分析提供帮助 .
【Abstract】 In this paper,we use a photoelastic stress-freeze method to analyze the stress distribution in a extrusion pipe with extrusion force.The adaptability of taking silicic rubber materials or soft epoxy resin materials as load medium is simultaneously studied.We take soft epoxy resin materials as a load medium,then find an experiment result that the radius compressive stress on the inside of a circular pipe approximately equals the axial compressive stress on the load medium.It tally with the theory solution to the thick circular pipe.It is suitable that we take soft epoxy resin materials as a load medium.The study is helpful to photoelastic analysis on oblate extrusion pipe.
