【摘要】 研制了一种新型的铜合金铸造细化变质剂 (RB - 1) ,通过试验考察了它在HPb5 9- 1黄铜中的作用 .添加剂显著地细化了该合金的组织 ,消除了宏观柱状晶 ,同时增大了组织中α相的相对含量 ,并改善了其形态 ,提高了其分布均匀性 .RB - 1的添加量 (重量百分数 )在小于 0 .4%的范围内细化效果显著 ,而大于 1%时细化作用消失 ,重新出现柱状晶 .更多还原

【Abstract】 A new refinement additive for copper alloys (RB-1) has been developed and its effect on HPb59-1 brass has been investigated.The results show that the additive can remarkably refine the grains and completely eliminate the columnar structure in the cast samples.Meanwhile,the relative amount of α phase is significantly increased,and their morphology and distribution are improved.However,greater refinement occurs when the amount of additive is less than 0.4%,and the effect of grain refinement of additive vanishes when it amounts up to 1%,which results in the recurrence of columnar structure.更多还原
