【摘要】 针对目前提倡的煤部分气化、燃烧集成方式联合生产煤气和热能的新概念 ,分析了部分气化焦的燃烧特性 ,考察了煤种、气化率、脱灰、不同的气化剂等对部分气化焦燃烧特性的影响 .结果表明 :煤种不同 ,部分气化焦的燃烧特性不同 ;脱灰后的神木焦燃烧峰推后 ,其可燃性比未脱灰焦差 ,这是因为未脱灰焦中的灰分起到了部分催化作用 ;CO2 气氛下气化所得焦的最大燃烧速率随着气化率的增加而减小 ,同时二次峰越来越明显更多还原

【Abstract】 There is substantial interest in the combustion of coal gasification and combustion to generate coal gas and heat energy thoughout the world.The combustion characteristics of partially gasified chars was studied and the effects of coal type,carbon conversion,ash and gasified agents to the combustion characteristics of partially gasified chars were investigated in this paper.The experimental results showed that the combustion characteristics of partially gasified chars are different for different coal types.The combustion indexes of undeminerated chars are better than that of deminerated chars because the ash can accelerated the combustion rate.The combustion rate of the partial gastified chars in CO 2 decreases with the increasing of gasification conversion,at the same time the second peak becomes more and more distinct.更多还原
