煤与渣油的相互作用对轻质产物的影响
CHARACTERIZATION OF DISTILLATES FROM THE HYDROGENATION OF COAL AND PETROLEUM RESID
【摘要】 对 3种煤、5种石油渣油单独加氢及共处理液体产物中 220℃~320℃ 馏分的族组成及产率进行了研究.结果表明.3种煤单独加氢所得的馏分中二环芳烃含量居多.其次为一环.而烷烃的含量较少;由于渣油性质的不同.5种渣油单独加氢后的馏分的族组成表现不一.总的来说.其馏分的产率,以及馏分中的烷烃、一环芳烃含量较煤单独加氢处理的结果要高;煤与渣油共处理结果偏离于两者单独加氢处理结果的算术加和值,说明加氢处理反应时、煤与渣油之间存在着明显的相互作用,这些作用随共处理时所选择的煤与渣油的种类不同而不同.通过对煤与渣油种类的选择.通过共处理可得到不同质量的馏分.
【Abstract】 Yield and group composition of 220-320 ℃ distillates from the hydrogenation of coal and petroleum resid were investigated. The results show that two-ring aromaties are main of coal alone, while the content of alkanes and one-ring aromatics are higher for the distillates from the hydrogenation of petroleum resid alone. Due to the interaction between coal and petroleum resid in coprocessing, which depends on the types of coal and resid used, the yield and group composition of 220-320 ℃ distillates from the coprocessing deviate from the calculated value.
