【摘要】 ①目的 检测人体正常组织内pRb2/p130的表达,为探讨pRb2/p130的表达与人体恶性肿瘤病理分级、临床分期和预后的关系做基础研究。②方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测pRb2/p130在各种正常人体组织内的表达(38种,每种10例,共计380例)。③结果 pRb2/p130蛋白普遍存在于正常组织内,但在不同的组织其表达水平不尽相同,其中以肺支气管上皮细胞、肾集合管上皮细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞的表达水平最高,皮肤的鳞状上皮细胞、肺支气管壁的腺细胞、食管和胃等器官的上皮细胞内表达水平较高。脂肪细胞不表达。④结论 pRb2/p130蛋白是一种抑癌基因的表达蛋白,在人体正常组织细胞中具有广泛的表达,可用于恶性肿瘤组织的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In this study,we detected the expression of pRb2/p!30 in normal human tissues,preparing for the study of the expression of pRb2/p!30 in human malignant cancer. Methods Using imunohistochemical techniques,we examined a variety of normal human tissues for the expression of pRb2/p130. Results pRh2/p130 was ex pressed ubiquitously, although different tissue levels of expression were found in various tissues and cells, such as bronchi epithelia, kidney collecting ducts , lymphocyte and monocyte , showed high expression levels for pRb2/p130. whereas it shows middle levels in cells,such as the epithelia of skin,bronchi gland,esophagus or stomach,and there is no expression in fat cell. Conclusion pRb2/p130, which was the products of Rb2 (tumor surpressor gene),was expressed ubiquitously in normal human tissues. We can study the levels of expression of Rb2/pl30 in human malignant tumor.更多还原
