障碍物导致甲烷-氧气爆炸的三维数值模拟
Three dimensional numerical simulation of explosion induced by obstacles in CH4-O2 mixture
【摘要】 许多因燃烧导致的爆炸事故都与空间局部受限有关 ,例如管壁和管内障碍物可使火焰自行加速 ,并导致爆炸 .基于湍流模型和EBU -Arrhenius燃烧模型 ,利用SIMPLE格式对甲烷 -空气混合物在管内燃烧时 ,因障碍物的作用而发生的爆炸现象进行了三维空间的数值模拟 .计算结果描述了火焰加速和激波生成的过程
【Abstract】 Explosion hazards induced by the combustion in partly confined space. For example, the self accelerating flame and gas explosion will be induced in a tube by obstacles and the tube wall. Based on the K-ε turbulent model and improved EBU-Arrhenius turbulent combustion model, the three dimensional numerical simulations were performed for the explosion in the CH 4-O 2 mixture in a tube with obstacles by using SIMPLE schemes. The mechanics of the flame acceleration and its induced shock waves have been described from calculated results.
