下降介质流影响下颗粒的分层机理
The mechanism of particles are separated in fluid medium going down
【摘要】 从固液两相流的动量方程出发 ,导出了颗粒在下降介质流中的运动方程 ,分析得出 :密度大的颗粒沉速大于密度小的颗粒沉速 ;粒径大的颗粒沉速大于粒径小的颗粒沉速 ,从而使不同性质的颗粒得以分层 .进一步研究了不同性质颗粒在同一平衡层中的分布关系以及重介选效果较好的原因
【Abstract】 On the basis of momentum equations of one dimensional two phase flow,the particles motion equation in fluid medium going down is formulated.By analyzing it, an argument is put forward.In terms of the sinking velocity,the particles of higher density are faster than the particles of lower density.The particles in big size are faster than the particles in small size.In this way,particles of different qualities can be seperated. The distribution relations of particles of different qualities are farther studied which are in the same state and the reasous why the dense medium separation is relatiuely good.
